Graduated as an agricultural engineer in my native Macedonia, I worked briefly in the flower industry in the Netherlands and soon transitioned to the IT Industry where I spent 25 years in various positions at Seagate Technology.
Through Customer Service and Account Management, via Six Sigma and Sales Operations with Electronic Data Connectivity and Customer Success to Channel Data Management and Speaking engagements at various conferences on Lean Sigma and Digital Data Excellence, I built my passion for customer success and process improvement in an international multicultural environment.
Meditation is complementary to fitness in giving me the edge in everything I do, mentality is everything and meditation brings enhanced clarity.
